Works great! Nice fit, stretches easily and stays in place. Soft, durable material. If you keep it in the freezer it gets COLD!! I keep mine in the fridge because it was too cold on my eyes straight out of the freezer. Stays cool about 30 minutes.

Comfortable and Pain Relieving
I got this as a gift for my mom and she loves it! My mom gets headaches often and it usually leads to her taking a short nap in the day. This mask is perfect to help relieve her pain through the cooling effect of the mask as well as help her to rest better through blocking out light as she sleeps. The stretchy material makes it easy for anyone to wear the mask as it is a one size fits all. Due to the make of the product, no straps or Velcro is used making the fit more comfortable and relaxing. The quality overall is great and very durable. The mask can be cooled in the fridge or warmed in the microwave based on the preference of the user. I do not get headaches myself, but I am considering buying myself a mask because of the comfort and squishy material.

I am a migraine sufferer and have been since I was 13.. I’m 28 now so I’ve spent years figuring out what things (meds, massages, food elimination etc.) do and don’t work for me. I have three migraine ice hats. I’ve used them all and here’s my review of this particular one. That hat itself is very comfortable. It’s stretchy and offers decent compression even though it’s not adjustable. It gets super cold (like painful you have to wait to put it on your skin cold) because it’s a gel rather than like the two other hats I have which are ice packs built into the hat. Hats with the ice packs built in tend not to be as comfortable to me at first until they melt a little because they’re rock hard, but being able to move the ice packs around are nice and the hard ice pack can add to compression. The down side to this hat is despite it being so cold when you take it out it doesn’t last as long as the hats with ice ice packs. It stayed cold for about 30 mins, where as my ice pack hat lasts about an hour. Also when I pull the hat down over my eyes light still comes through, and I was hoping it would be more of the black out type. The hat also came smelling like glue but I plan to put some peppermint oil on it to get rid of the smell (peppermint oil also helps with nausea and I always feel so nauseous with a migraine). Over all I do like the hat and will continue to use it. It definitely offers relief and that’s all I’m looking for when I’m in pain. If you’re like me where the migraines last for hours or days at a time buy a couple to keep rotating them once they get warm. I like having a variety of ice pack hats and now this gel hat. If you’re looking for a good ice pack hat I like Aculief Headache, Migraine, & Stress Relief Hat from Amazon. Works well lasts long and I’ve had it for a year or so now.

TheraICE head wrap is so worth it!! As a Licensed Massage Therapist and someone who has migraines and headaches frequently, I have been using a super cold washcloth to put over my eyes and head for a headache. This is a GAME CHANGER!! The color is super pretty as I got the pink one, it’s medium/lighter in weight but provides the heavy feeling for the compression. It gets cold very fast when it sits in the freezer and stays cold for a while. The wrap is secure when you put it on your head and is breathable with the nose “V”. The overall material is great quality and is really flexible to fit around the head although it says that one size fits all. The only thing is that it does smell kind of weird; like silicone/plastic. All of the positives of this product out weighs the one negative. That’s for sure. I will be recommending to my clients. Spend the money. Your head will thank you!!

Good Quality!
We use this often in our house. It stays in the freezer in the resealable bag it came in. It is so soft and comfortable and holds the temperature for a while. It is a great quality and fits on both adults and teens. It is very flexible but holds its shape well. I really recommend!
