They like its style, with one customer noting it matches their new countertop, and find it easy to assemble and clean. The silverware holder with knife slots is particularly appreciated. Compact, easy to put together and does what is expected well.
Looks good, color as expected, quality is good, not too heavy, great to organize utensils, and allow plates to dry easily while water slides away.

Great quality and functionality
Was searching for a dish rack and landed on this one and am glad that I did. The material is high quality and sturdy so no danger of your dishes tipping over, it holds a lot so my family of four can eat and there is ample room in the unit for all the dishes we used. I like the drain and how it filters water out and how it does not slide on the countertop. Great item and you won’t be disappointed.

Surprisingly excellent dish drainer
Love this dish drainer! Was nervous about the perimeter not being deep but here I am almost a year later and I have found I love the lower perimeter vs. traditional drainers. I can fit so much in it. Love the detachable drain attachment that keeps water scum away from my dishes. The only reason I gave this a 3 vs. 5 star is it is rust resistant and I do have rust areas that developed about 3 months after purchase. They are small areas around some of the joints but disappointing being this item was listed as “Rust Resistant”. I still highly recommend this drainer despite this minor aesthetic flaw as it is truly a fantastic product.

Pretty and functional, but it’s not the old Rubbermaid
I tried several dish drainers and this one was my final choice. Some were too small (and I tried to stay away from overly-large ones), and others I didn’t like the color or features, but I really liked the looks of this one and got it in the combination gray (wire drainer) with black (utensil basket and bottom rack). This color combo is my favorite without being overall too dark or too light in color for my kitchen. As for the function, it’s not near as good as my old Rubbermaid vinyl-covered wire dish drainer with coordinating rubber mat (you know, the kind that none of us can get anymore because Rubbermaid cheapened down and stopped making them well), but it will do since we don’t have a lot of choices nowadays. I would have gone right back to Rubbermaid and bought another one and been thrilled with it if they were still making the old good ones. I should have appreciated this type of thing much more way back when they were the norm and plentiful and I’m sorry that at the time I just didn’t really think anything about my dish drainer and took it for granted, because now I see what a gem it was and I miss those greatly. I guess I can still appreciate them in reverse, in my memory! The wire segments aren’t arranged as well for me as the old Rubbermaid one and I have trouble getting things to stand up slanted to drain off if it isn’t situated directly in the plate rack portion, and the whole thing does not all drain down into the tubing underneath. A good amount of water is left sitting on top of the mat. Also, the mat is rather flimsy as it is not too sturdy. So, new daily procedure. After every usage, I wait a bit for the dishes to dry off a little bit before I towel them completely dry, and then when I’ve removed them, I pick up the wire drainer and blot-dry the rubber feet off, set it aside, turn the mat up to empty all the leftover water in the sink, then use my damp dishrag to swipe over the whole thing quickly, especially the front corners of the mat, so it can go on and dry as I don’t want any mold growth or nappy-looking hard water stains. It looks nice, I’ll give it that, but let’s see about longevity later. I do really like how the utensil basket can hang off the far end to save space while you’re doing dishes, and then after it’s all done I can just move it right back into the dish drainer to sit so it doesn’t take up extra space on the counter.

Very good quality product
I received this package a few days ago and just put it together. I had such an old dish drainer and plastic flat thing underneath it was so disgusting. The dish rack I had was rusted that is how old it was time to throw it out. Was scrolling Amazon and found this wonderful dish drainer that has that drainage spout so the water goes right into the sink. It fits perfect and so easy to put together. I got it on Prime Day for $24.00 which was well worth it for sure. I highly recommend this product and so happy I purchased it.

Love it!
We just got the drying rack and it looks great in the kitchen, so far the draining spout has been working well. The rack came with a broken utensil holder but the seller sent us a new one pretty quickly

satisfied
Good value for the money. Solid construction, easy assembly. The rack is a little on the small side and occasionally water seeps over the edge, but as long as you don’t overload it is fine. Can be placed front to back or along side, takes up less space than previous drains.

This Dish Rack is very cool and functional as well. In my new Apartment I used it the first night and the draining feature works perfectly. I saw the demo video on Amazon and was sold on this item and I can tell you it works as advertised. You can use it in the long form like I did or the sideways form like on the Amazon listing. The drain device extends so you can use it lengthwise like I did. You won’t be disappointed and definitely worth the extra few dollars/SAR.
