I love the color of the ball. It was easy to inflate. I love that it has a removable push pin seal that can be taken out so I can take the ball with me for travel. Very convenient I love the size. My spine feels so much healthier after stretching over this for several mornings and nights in a row. The material is really thick and textured a bit, which I also find very appealing. Great for pregnancy
This ball has been wonderful for me during my pregnancy. I utilize it as a chair now for when getting ready in front of the mirror. It is also awesome in assisting with stretching and exercising especially during my third trimester. I have only blown it up once and it has not deflated at all. It is very comfortable to sit on. Also a toddler I watch absolutely loves to play and bounce it around. It was an awesome price for how great the quality is.

The holy grail of all medicine balls! Excellent for first time mamas & pelvic floor exercises. Super easy to build and perfect for all ages. Great ball, not so great pump.
easy to assemble this ball, but the pump was very cheap.. I ended up using our air compressor to save myself the headache lol. Air retention is great – pumped it up one time two-three weeks ago. I’ve been on it everyday for about 20 minutes and my kids have played on it! Material is of good quality and the size fit me perfect – 5”7’ 190 9months pregnant.

I recently purchased this yoga ball and I’m overall very pleased with it. Here’s my breakdown:Pros:• Thick Material: The ball is made of a durable, thick material that feels like it will last a long time without puncturing easily.• Durable: After using it for several workouts, it’s holding up really well. No signs of wear or damage so far.• Lightweight: It’s easy to move around, which is great if you need to reposition it or store it away.• Comes with Pump: The included pump is a nice bonus. It’s convenient and makes the setup easier.• Color: The color is exactly as pictured, which was important to me since I was looking for a specific shade.Cons:• Inflating Takes Time: The only downside is that it takes about 30-45 minutes to pump up by hand. If you’re in a rush, this can be a bit inconvenient, but the pump works fine once you’re committed to the process.Overall, this is a solid yoga ball with great durability and quality. Just be prepared to invest some time in the inflation process. Would definitely recommend!
