Solid and well made. I first saw this pan used when my friend made an apple pie. It was phenomenal. The holes in the pan make the pie crust flaky. I can’t wait to use it myself.

This is a game changer. I am able to make lovely galettes and pies that are deep and have lovely crisp pie crusts. No soggy bottoms! The removable bottom is perfect for get the pie or galette out of the pan so everyone can see the golden brown crust. Love it!

Pan works especially well with commercial crusts… works out to a perfect tart-sized crusts. Was skeptical of how well it would do for a crispy crust, but performed beautifully. Makes it easy to create a wonderful pie or quiche. Well worth having!

Good Stuff9 inch fits inside my countertop convection oven. YAY 😁The perforations are perfect for pizza but not so good for Quiche. For Quiche I cover the bottom with a 9 inch round parchment paper sheet ( available on Amazon ). Problem solved. The parchment lets the heat transfer but keeps the runny bits from dripping out.The best bit is the pseudo springform bottom. No more prying (demolishing) the finished product out of the pan. A 6 inch diameter flat bottom Pyrex storage bowl is perfect for the job..

Best pie pan ever!
This is by far the best pie pan I’ve ever used. With my homemade apple pie the extra juices drain through the bottom of the pan so the crust stays firm and not soggy. Brilliant! Very easy to clean too!

Baked a peach pie in my new Cosori Oven and it came out beautifully. I really like the way it comes apart so easily by using a jar to take the pie out and you can then put it right onto a plate for cutting without any problems at all. Every part of the crust came out perfectly, too. I do really recommend this product.

Worked beautiful
I made a nut crust for a baked pumpkin pie. It came out just perfect. You do need to place a catch drip pan on the bottom rack of oven to collect melted butter or oils that will leach out due to the holes, but what I ended up with was a beautiful sturdy crust that was not soggy. Once pie cooled completely overnight, the sides completely separated, and the pie came out with no trouble. Just perfect results. A great purchase.
