Fondue anyone?
This mat gets impressively hot, but not too hot. The mat itself is thick and I would call it heavy duty. It has hundreds of little legs on the underside to allow for airflow underneath. I placed the silver insulation mat that comes with it under the mat when I tested it and it kept my glass table properly insulated, it did get a little warm, but that’s to be expected considering my glass table is usually cold to the touch. I tested a stoneware ramekin (cheese dip), a stainless steel mixing bowl (melted chocolate), my porcelain gravy boat (soup), and a ceramic soup bowl. All foods held within recommended temperatures to inhibit the growth of pathogens (disease-causing organisms) which is 135°F (57°C) or higher. This mat would be handy for entertaining, pot luck dinners or just keeping the pizza warm while you’re eating. After I turned mine off, I went to the kitchen and did the dishes. When I came back to the dining table, one of my cats was laying on it. I guess on the low setting you could probably hatch an egg? (or is it hatch a chicken?) Once the item was fully cooled, I wrapped it all up and placed it back in the bag, but without the silver mat, it was really hard to get into the bag because as we all know silicone isn’t slippery. I tried it with the silver mat wrapped around the heating mat, but the bag tore a little because it’s a really tight fit. I’m going to replace it with something sturdier than the one it comes with. All in all, I’m impressed. Would I buy again? Yes, I would.

Works exactly as described and we love this so much! So handy to have to keep food warm. I have another warmer that is a solid rectangular piece and although I like that one, it is annoying to store. This one works just as good and stores so easily as it can be rolled up after use. It’s a large decent size at around 24″ x 15″. Super easy to use with light showing the color it is on. So if you want it hot, the button light will show red. There’s a bunch of feet on the bottom of the mat so it’s not flush to the ground and air can flow. If you aren’t sure of the surface it should be on, it comes with a silver mat that you can put on top of. Color is a pretty navy blue and very neutral so it’ll fit in any kitchen. Cleaning is a breeze as you simply wipe down with a damp towel. Quality is amazing and the value is there. This will come in handy for all your entertaining needs. I used this for 2 hours and it kept my food warm the entire time. Heats up within minutes and cools down in 10 minutes. Love!

Upon unboxing, my initial impression was positive; the blue silicone mat feels durable, flexible for easy storage, and well-designed with raised feet to protect surfaces. For the price, it offers excellent value, heating up in seconds as promised, which is a fantastic highlight for party hosting. The adjustable temperature and timer are intuitive and highly functional for keeping various dishes warm. The main pros are its rapid heating, portability, and ease of cleaning. The only con, and the reason for four stars instead of five, is that the electrical plug feels surprisingly low-quality compared to the rest of the unit.

Life changing for those who entertain a lot!
If you entertain a lot or host holiday gatherings, you need one of these! This warming mat is awesome. It heats quickly, and has 3 temperature settings. Low is around 122 degrees, medium is around 158 degrees and high is around 104 degrees (Fahrenheit). The mat will stay hot for 6 hours on it’s own, or you can use the timer, for 1, 3 or 5 hours. It is incredibly easy to use. It is also easy to store and includes a silver heat protection mat you can roll in onto in case you need to pack it up and it hasn’t fully cooled yet. The power cord plugs into the unit and can be unplugged for storage. The mat is very easy to clean off. Also, there are little feet to protect your surface. The matbis big enough for several bowls or 2 to 3 casserole dishes or foil pans depending on size. This thing ticks all the boxes for me, it’s good quality, a great value, works as described and is an absolute life saver for all the entertaining we do.

Perfect size for everyday use.
This warming mat is the perfect size for us as empty nesters. It’s also not as heavyweight as some of the larger mats I’ve used. My husband and I eat dinner at different times some nights. This is superior to using the microwave to reheat food. The microwave tends to overcook or dry out the food, whereas this mat holds it at a safe serving temperature until it’s time to eat it. It’s easy to use, and gets hot within seconds. I’ll use it also to keep side items hot while meat is grilling or baking. I like the protective mat underneath so I know my granite counters aren’t getting damaged. The price is right for this size mat.

This food warming mat fits in neatly with how I live and eat especially on slower evenings when the meal stretches past the initial serving or when people drop in informally and food needs to stay ready. I set it on my dining table under ceramic plates, metal serving bowls and even one tempered glass dish. Across all of them, the heat distribution was consistent and effective. Nothing burned, nothing dried out. I started at the low setting, then shifted up one level and that is where it stayed for most of the evening. The top level felt warmer than I would ever need for most foods I serve at home.What surprised me was how quick it got warm. It did not feel like one of those gimmicky “10-second” promises that fall flat. Within moments, I could already feel a low radiating warmth that stayed even across the entire surface. It does not get blistering hot, but it is not meant to. It is designed to maintain warmth without risk, and it does so steadily. For things like rice, stews, vegetables or flatbreads, this works well. You will not be reheating frozen meals on it, but that is not the point of this device.I appreciated the insulation pad and the raised feet. Most mats overlook that part and end up overheating whatever surface they are on. This one stays off the table just enough to keep air flowing underneath. I tested it on both wood and synthetic surfaces and there were no heat marks or concerns. I left it running for over an hour once and the table was unaffected. I have such lofty plans for this mat and I’m really looking forward to putting this warming mat to use, especially for holiday meals and small get-togethers. This is a really neat and innovative heating pad. Its rolls up compactly, yet is very stable when set up thanks to the many rubber “feet” on the bottom. It comes with a reflective insulator pad to help protect the surface underneath.It heats us very quickly, but I did notice some unevenness across the pad in heat distribution. Overall, it’s a very competent and useful device.
