Really pleased with the fit on my z fold 7
I pre-ordered my Z fold 7 on the first day it was available however Samsung was sold out of cases immediately. I’ve had success with Spigen in the past and wanted one that supported Qi charging so I ultimately went with this along with Spigen’s glass screen protector. This case fit perfectly and had no issues being used in conjunction with their screen protector. It’s thin yet protects coverage along the entire device. I would strongly recommend this. Also no issues with using a magnetic pop socket.

    Good enough for most
Got this and a few other cases, including the Slim Armor Pro which i prefer more. This case is great for overall protection but isn’t as grippy and the plastic sides make it harder to unfold the fold 7 device. Plus the front cover edges are pretty high and it’s not easy to use the phone left handed. But still, good enough for most

    Excellent value
Decent magsafe case , strong adhesive

I have loved all of the previous Spigen cases, but..
Like many of you, I was on a search for something thin but still provides some good grip since the phone is so grippy. As I was browsing through Spigen’s/Caseology website, there really wasn’t a lot of options for the Fold 7. After flipping through some images, I decided to go with the Airfit Pro because it most resembled the “thin fit” line. When I first got the phone, I installed a third party anti reflective glass screen protector. But as soon as I put on this Spigen case, I realized that it wasn’t going to play together properly because the front side of the case could not sit properly on the screen as it was essentially sitting on the tempered glass screen protector. I ended up ordering one of the Spigen glass screen protectors for it. Man, the install was a breeze – I don’t think I’ve spent more than 2 minutes installing the glass screen protector on! No bubbles, no drama. As for the case itself, the fitment looks great and all the cutouts are where they need to be. It’s got great grip all around without feeling sticky like some of the clear TPU cases. With this Airfit Pro, it comes in two pieces – the back piece and the hinge protection is one piece, and the front plate is essentially separate piece. This leads to one of the potential issues in which the left/hinge side of the front plate is not fully secure, and sometimes while gripping the phone, the hinge protection tends to push into the front plate and creaks just a bit.Another issue I have is that apparently I push on the hinge when I unfold normally, so I’m having to change the way I unfold by not touching the hinge since there’s hinge protection that blocks me from unfolding that way – sounds more like a user issue/preference, so I’m not docking points.I’ve also noticed that fingerprint/oil really gets onto the case. I’m not normally oily – at least other devices that I use don’t seem to show it – but I’m constantly wiping this case.Unfortunately this case doesn’t knock out the wobble from the camera module while using the phone on the desk, but I suppose there probably aren’t a lot of cases that extend so far as to remove the wobble completely.

Slim, Full Coverage Case With Impressive Fit and Finish
This is one of the better-balanced cases I’ve tried for the Z Fold 7. The build quality is solid, the fit is precise, and despite covering the entire device including the hinge, it still manages to feel impressively slim for a full protection case. It pairs well with Spigen’s screen protector and supports Qi charging without any issues. I also had no problems using it with a magnetic pop socket.I’m not sure what some of the lower ratings are about. This case is clearly designed to offer full protection while staying as sleek as possible. If you’re looking for a more substantial, rugged shell, there are plenty of thicker cases out there that will do that, but they’re going to be bulkier by nature. This one isn’t aiming for that kind of armor. It’s for someone who wants reliable coverage with minimal added thickness, and it delivers exactly that. The only minor trade-off is that the hinge area can feel a bit more rigid or awkward to grip compared to a case with no hinge coverage, but that’s expected when you’re asking for full-body protection. The quality of the hinge is also good enough for this type of case (it doesn’t have the strongest spring action, but it doesn’t feel too cheap) and it will do the job of covering the hinge for light drops. Overall, this is a high-quality, low-profile case that does what it’s supposed to… just know what you’re getting into.

Not the quality I’m used to from spigen
I have always purchased spigen because they were always the best. Well that time is over. I bought this and an alternative for half as much and the alternative is way better.

  7. IKL

    One of the best
Another high quality case from Spigen. I’ve tried half a dozen cases and this is easily one of the best cases out there for Z Fold 7. It’s ultra slim. Many other brands advertise their cases as being slim and yet, Spigen cases are slimmer and has a much better fit. Thank God this case doesn’t have a low quality built in screen protector since those tend to interfere with touch input. Magnet is super strong on this case. Case gives you good grip and feels really nice. It has adhesive on both back and front cases so that they don’t come off. I have a third party 9H tempered glass on the front screen which pairs really well with this case. Cutouts are smooth so your fingers don’t hurt. The hinge protection doesn’t look crooked like many other cheap cases. It just works. The only thing better would be Spigen Slim Armor Pro. They are very similar but the front and back covers of the Slim Armor Pro are connected with a slightly better hinge protection (they also have different textures). Most of the early reviewers must have not known how most cases work on Galaxy Z Fold series. The overall rating of this case should definitely be higher.

    Eh…
Eh, its just okay. The magsafe is strong…. but it will mot work with a magsafe wallet. Idm if its because of how they have the magnet set or what.

Fold 7, Great case. Yes it’s some bulk but that also means more protection, without it the phone feels too delicate for a construction worker like me. Still feels good in the hand and feels high quality. Perfect fit tho. It makes it easier to open and close the phone. I also got their front glass screen protector and was crazy easy to install and is case friendly.

  10. Steve

Looks good! Thin and protective only grip is the front case part on the left side it’s kinda flimsy and I notice catching myself lining it like a guitar string when I swipe from that side. Other then that magsafe is strong, but some of my maggsafe portable power banks do not fit due to the camera bump. I have the z fold 6 in the slim armor pro and it’s shows and feels so much bulkier than this 7 and this case. Another bonus is it’s not as thin as some of the aramid fibre/Kevlar cases out there but the price of this one is perfect.

  11. Stefman

Maybe I expected more from Spigen but I’m not sure why they can seem to nail down an actual thin case. Even this one being their “air” case, it’s too thick compared to their competitors. With the case on, it’s thicker than the fold 6 which defeats the purpose. They need to make a case without a hinge protector as well. This one will be a return.

  12. Nathan Beers

Texture is amazing, easy to install, love Spigen products. Best case out there for the price point.

  13. Eyebuck

It fits really well and looks and feels really nice. Easy to install, and works with a lot of car stands because of the magnet. A few days after I installed it I dropped my phone as I was getting out of the car. It landed on the upper right corner opposite the hinge. The material deformed slightly and scuffed, but the phone was fine. This is a quality case, and you get what you pay for.
