High quality homemade ice cream
Excellent product. Makes incredible quality ice cream and frozen treats. Very versatile and many different recipes.Only critiques: The machine is fairly large in size compared to the pint containers you insert into it. It takes up a decent footprint on a countertop (if you want to leave it out) and is heavier than the typical small kitchen appliance (making it less ideal to store and have to get out each time to use). It is also quite noisy. Hopefully these are some factors that Ninja can optimize in future models.

The Ninja Swirl has seriously leveled up dessert at our house. We’ve made soft serve, milkshakes, sorbet—you name it. The texture is smooth, the process is easy, and the cleanup isn’t bad either. I was a little skeptical at first, but it’s legit.We’ve started making our own “copycat” DQ Blizzards and frozen yogurt bowls, and it’s actually saving us money. You can load it up with toppings or keep it simple with just fruit, and it handles both like a champ.I’d highly recommend grabbing the extra containers too (we got a couple more)—it’s super convenient to prep a few different flavors and just swap them in whenever.If you’re even halfway into ice cream or frozen treats, you won’t regret buying this. It’s a hit in our house.

Wonderful device!
Very well engineered for flawless operation and easy set up and clean up. And so delicious! Just an amazing product. Be warned it is loud when operating and takes up space on counter-but oh so worth it. Healthy treats! We love low fat greek yogurt with frozen fruits. Easy peasy. Worth the investment.

Ninja Swirl Cream Machine
I am an ice cream and frozen yogurt lover and this machine is everything I wanted and more. It is easy to use. It is noisy when it is mixing but that only lasts about 4 minutes. I live the soft ice cream function. The whole family loves it and best of all I know what ingredients I am putting into it. Buy it, you won’t be disappointed. I have had other makers too messy & expensive

Great Concept, But a Few Annoyances
I was really excited to try the Ninja Creami Swirl, and I have to say, it does what it promises: it makes genuinely good ice cream. It’s been a fantastic way to turn my protein shakes into a much more enjoyable treat.The Good:The core function is great. The ice cream texture is impressive, although I found that adding a splash of milk to the top of the frozen pint before spinning helps the machine get started and results in a smoother consistency. I also appreciate the design touch of the pint clicking securely into place; it’s a small but satisfying detail that lets you know it’s ready.The Not-So-Good:Unfortunately, my experience came with a few frustrations. First, this machine is LOUD. It’s definitely something to be aware of if you have a small living space or sensitive ears. I also frequently had to run the cycle twice to get the right texture, which adds to the noise and time.There were also some operational quirks. On several occasions, the machine just wouldn’t start, forcing me to take the pint out and reseat it. I also noticed the blades would get a strange oily residue on them, and I couldn’t figure out why.Sizing and Final Thoughts:My biggest disappointment was with the ‘Swirl’ version itself. The portion size for the ice cream feels too small to justify the feature. If I were to buy one again, I would skip the Swirl and go for either the standard model or upgrade to the Deluxe for the larger pint capacity.Ultimately, I ended up returning the unit because it arrived with a broken pint. Combined with the other small issues, I decided not to get a replacement just yet. It’s a really good product in concept, but the execution has some flaws that made it not the right fit for me.

Worth every penny!
Amazing product – easy to use and easy to clean and maintain. Well developed product with multiple options. The containers are self contained when you plug them in – so the machine itself never gets messy! Just simply wash out the containers once done and you’re all set! Functions as advertised, quick clean, quick use (freezing the cream takes 24 hours but actually making the soft serve only takes a few minutes!). Beautiful design, great size – fits nice on a countertop. Taste is dependent on your ice cream developing skills – there are many recipe books out there, but it’s easy to make simple flavors. 10/10!

Absolutely love the ice cream! Healthy ice-cream however you want it.Why I knock off one star: the machine requires extensive cleaning after each use. I have to take pieces apart to clean. (One container only fills about 4 kid sized ice cream cones. So there is a lot of cleaning. ) The magnetic drill bit can also catch ice cream and cannot be taken off the machine. You will need to bend over and work upwards in an uncomfortable position to reach the grooves. I used pin to gently scratch off trapped cream (or caked batter depending on how long I waited.)

اشتريت السلعة وكانت خط 120فولت وخط السعودية220فولتً ولكن من حماسي لتجربة الجهاز استخدمت محول الفولت من 220 الى 127 صناعة اسبانيه من ساكو ولان جهاز الايسكريم 800 واط اخذت المحول 1500 لتقليل الجهد واضمن عدم وجود اعطال وفعلاً استمتعت بالتجربه ولما اخبرت البائع بالمشكله طلب مني اختار هل اعيد له المنتج واخذ اموال ام يعيد لي 50 دولار سعر المحول وارسل لي متاجر يبيعون المحولات ولكن انا سبقته وشريت اشتريت المحول بقيمة 110 دولار ويعتبر اقل الخسائر والمنتج يستحق التضحية وكتبت هذا التعليق للي متخوف من الجهاز اشتره وانت مغمض العينين لان المنتج رائع والبائع متفاعل مع العميل وسرعة بوصول المنتج ولكن هناك عيب بشركة الشحن ان الكرتون المفروض يغلف بكرتون وليس بورق بلاستك لضمان سلامة المنتج وبس ..
