1. Illustration of Each Mode
- Normal Mode: This is the default mode. Use it to set the tower fan as you like.
- Auto Mode: With a built-in sensor, the fan speeds change by room temperature.
- Turbo Mode: Used for quick cooling and air circulation, it starts at the highest speed plus oscillating. When the room temperature decreases, the fan speed decreases accordingly. Then the fan speed changes by room temperature.
- Advanced Sleep Mode: The display and sound will automatically be off in 5 seconds.
a) Within the first hour, the fan does not oscillate. The starting fan speed is determined by your current fan speed when you select this mode.
b) After one hour, the fan oscillates and decreases speeds – to keep you from getting cold from the constant wind.
c) Then the fan speeds will change by temperature, giving you a comfortable night experience.
2. Troubleshooting
- If the fan suddenly starts to oscillate,
It is normal when the fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode. It will automatically start oscillating after one hour of operation, which is its default setting.
- If the air output has decreased after cleaning the wind wheel,
Please make sure that the screws are aligned with the flat surface of the motor shaft during installation, not the arc surface, otherwise the air output will be reduced!
- If the fan suddenly stops,
It could be a timer accidentally set before. Kindly Check it and try it for a second time.
- If the top control panel is not so responsive,
Check whether your fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode or manually set screen off. When the fan is screen off, the operation panel will enter a semi-sleep state to prevent accidental touch. Thus, to adjust the setting, you need to press twice – the first time is to wake up the panel and the second time is to adjust the settings.

Cooled down my room fast!! Great powerful fan!!
I love it! Right put of the box i was happy because of how easy it was to assemble, literally just have to unscrew and then place it on the base and screw it back up and you are done. I love the sleek modern look as well i didnt think i would like white but i love the color on this fan! The remote is a great addition and the little holder for it on the back of the fan is even better!! I also thought it would be too short but to my surprise it was the perfect height and taller than i anticipated.I am a naturally a hot person and i HATE THE HEAT or being even the slightest too warm. i was recently diagnosed with ms and that only adds to my problem. I was nervous this wouldn’t cool my room at night but the cold air it blows is AMAZING, i love the 5 speeds and how you can turn the fan volume down lol. The base is a little wobbly so i took one star off for that, maybe its just mine but my floors are wood so it isn’t too much of a problem yet. Overall i this is a great purchase for the price! It cooled down my room in a matter of minutes!

Excellent choice for a nice looking floor fan with great features
We bought two based on the reviews and are impressed by the amount of air movement, the ease of controls, and most of all, the quietness of the blower sound. There’s also no rattling or other noises coming from the unit. The sound would be nice for a white noise generator if you need gentle noise in the background while trying to fall asleep. Our house is super quiet so it’s difficult to fall asleep if the central air system isn’t on and blowing air. I may need to get another one or two units. Will give these some time first, and see if we have any issues with either of them before ordering more.Functionality is greatDurability seems goodColor choices are fine – ours are whiteBuild quality seems quite niceWeight isn’t bad considering the size since these are relatively tall so check dimensions before you order.

Powerful and Quiet – Perfect for Hot Days!
I’m really impressed with this standing fan. It’s powerful enough to cool down my entire room, but still runs quietly, which is perfect for sleeping or working. The adjustable height and oscillation feature make it super convenient, and the remote control is a great bonus.

Wonder fan
it’s alexa compatible, strong fan, remote controlable, easy to read display and has a built in thermometer that will adjust the fan speed automatically. Sadly, there’s no all black version, you can get all white or black and white, but don’t let that be a deal breaker, everything else about the fan is awesome. in these south Texas summers, this thing is going to get a lot of use, even when Mid July hits and the AC is on 24/7. I think it will hold up vvery well. What more can you ask for in a fan except for maybe being super quiet, oh, wait, don’t ask, it’s already a feature. if I’m not in front of it feeling the breeze, I have to check to see if it’s on. it’s really that quiet (or I’m that deaf). how’s that for total functionality? just grab the remote, hit the power button, set your speed… or pull up your alexa app and do it all from there, or tell alexa to do it all for you.

Cool & Quiet
It’s a medium-sized fan that goes up to 5 speeds. Very easy to assemble (just the stand part needs to be attached). It goes by the temperature of the room & as the room cools down, the colder it gets. I was expecting a harder blow but it flows cool & quiet. Bought it for work as our AC is on the fritz. Purchased during prime day….well worth the bucks.

Amazing (and aesthetically pleasing) Fan!
This fan is wonderful! It is several inches taller than most, it is whisper quite, has several fan speeds, pushes out so much cool air! I love the white color option as well.I also love that it connects to the VeSync App and can be controlled alongside my other home items.The cost is well worth it, I would most definitely purchase this fan again!

It has many conveniences
I like that it detects temperature and determines what fan speed it should be on to control temperature in the room. Its made a notable difference in my warmest room of the house this summer. Its nice and quiet. You can also adjust the blades up or down if you want to redirect the air flow much like in a vehicle. I got the taller fan for the bigger living space i have and it’s comfortable. I feel the air right away. It’s bot like a pedestal fan. This is much more giving to the entire body rather than just the face. It’s also not as intrusive as a pedestal fan. It fits in smaller spaces. It doesn’t block the view like a pedestal fan

The most perfect fan
This fan is absolutely amazing I love it so so much, it’s easy to set up and control and works so well. It gets extremely hot in my room during the summer like up to 80 degrees because I don’t have AC or a ceiling fan, and this thing cools it down enough to wear blankets. It’s decently quiet, but you can definitely hear the noise from it but personally that helps me sleep. Anyways I fully recommend this it’s really good

La verdad no tenía mucha confianza en el aparato porque no conocía la marca .Me ha sorprendido para bien pues no es nada ruidoso, tiene 12 velocidades y al 2 lo tengo al lado y estoy fresquita .No es aire acondicionado pero lo recomiendo mucho. Pues con estas olas de calor todo lo k te da fresquito se agradeceAhora solo falta ver la factura de la luz , pues yo tengo aire acondicionado pero no funciona bien y esto me está salvando de los calores

Es un ventilador de torre de muy buena calidad y tiene un modo en el que automáticamente se adapta según la temperatura ambiente. Lo único malo es que solo mide la temperarura en °F, no en °C.
