Smaller than I realized, but perfect!
I bought these for 4 young children who lost their beloved pup way too soon. They are well made, silky soft, sturdy enough to stand on their own, yet plush enough to snuggle ♥︎ …you won’t be disappointed! They are all the same. No variation in the cute face or ears or anything like that. They are very good looking black German Shepherd dogs! Great value for the money! Highly recommend!

Snuggly and small
After losing our fur baby my son wasn’t ready to let go. So we found this guy and ordered him. He’s soft, small enough for my son to carry around and snuggle every night. He takes him just about everywhere with us. He’s a great representation of our Shepard.

I bought myself this stuffed German Shepherd after I had purchased on for my husband on deployment, and I am going underway in the near future. Our girl, Colt, is precious to us and means the world to both of us. Missing her while I’m away is going to be difficult as it is, and having this makes me feel a little better! Like many of the other reviews, IT IS SMALL (see picture next to Colt’s head, it’s smaller than her noggin), but it’s super cute and VERY VERY soft. It’s small enough to put in a small gift bag, backpack, or even on a small shelf. This stuffed animal is able to stand on its own and the seams seem strong. It has BEADED eyes (for those of you have pets that rip out eyes on stuffed animals). I love it so much! Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made on Amazon 🙂

Great 2nd addition
This is my second Douglas stuffed animal. I lost my weim about 4 years ago and I keep my ‘douglas’ weim stuffed animal in bed with me every night. He even gets regular washes in the washing machine. The softness, the cuddling, and the amazing resemblance. Why am I writing a review for a similar product not the actual, I am already heartfelt with the quality and design, is the German Shepard a little small.. yes it is. Is it worth the price, sometimes the emotions can’t control your love and piece of mind on something. The fact I have a mini German Shepard with my weim doesn’t lose its, quality, softness, or price for an almost replica of the dog I have today. And if you honestly look around for something comparable for the more uncommon breeds Douglas has it hands down. I wish they had a great dane to match mine. So in my opinion I don’t see this as an item they sell on Amazon, but something heartfelt and very personable to me. And I buy a lot of items on Amazon.

Very disappointed. This was a Christmas present for my daughter. She opened it Christmas morning to find a hole in it. Because I ordered in 2 months ago ready for Christmas I’m past my window to return it but I have a very upset child
