This food thermometer is the handiest tool for all cooks, from cooking in the kitchen to BBQing in the yard. Whether you like your steak medium rare or well done. It is battery operated and can be replaced. It also has magnets built in so you can place it on a medal surface or hang it through the loop. It has led light bright enough you can see the digital numbers in the dark. It reads in F* and C* . The proper temperature is in the guidelines in the box. It is easy to use.

Sometimes the thermometer will last for a year. They all failed the same way, water infiltration.While they work they are worth the money. I will continue to purchase as needed.

Product arrived faster than expected. It is compact and stores easily. The temp gauge can be folded into the reader. It was really easy to use. And I liked that there is a chart that gives guidelines for what temperatures are safe. It can be used to measure Celsius or Fahrenheit. Overall I would recommend this product. It is a good value for the price.
