After a recent hospitalization where my leg and arm muscles were deteriorating and being told I’d never walk again, I said hold my beer. Through determination and very hard work I went from hospital to rehabilitation and finally home. To help strengthen my core, this ball is the best medicine for me. Inflating with the little accordion “pump” was excruciatingly slow, but I used each arm and each leg to finally get it inflated. It’s keeping its air and is very simple to use. Get ready to work hard to get that core strengthened.

Not just for Yoga
Great quality. I would assume this is great for yoga uses… I however did not use this for yoga uses. I used this along with an inner tube for my above ground pool to prepare for winter. This ball was the perfect size to sit in an inner tube and then used rope to tie and hold it in place in the middle of the pool and then put the pool cover on. This worked perfect the entire winter and will be using it again. WAYYYY better (and cheaper) than those garbage winter pillows they sell for pools.

Muy buena calidad y precio. Es grande. Me sirve para mí que mido 1.80 para mis ejercicios de rehabilitación física.Trae una bomba sencilla para inflar, pero te vas a tardar un ratote. Si tienes compresora de aire o aspiradora que aviente aire, infla así.Lo que no me gustó es que el plástico total de la pelota venía cubierto con aceite. Tuve que inflarla fuera de casa y luego darle una lavada buena para que se quitara.
