POWERFUL – by far the best frother/blender, and I kown and I own for them.
I wasted my money on cheaper ones until I bought this one. It’s almost too powerful. The first time I used it half the liquid in the cup went flying all over the place. It’s at least three times as powerful as the other two I bought. Unfortunately I didn’t save the packaging or I would return the others.THIS IS PROBABLY THE MOST POWERFUL “FROTHER/BLENDER” of this style on the market. They are being truthful about it being powerful. I almost wish it had a low speed mode.I only review products I love or hate. This is one I love. BTW a family owned business makes these. I like that as well.6 stars if I could.DON’T TRY TO SAVE $5 by getting a cheaper one. I wasted almost $30 on two frothers, neither of which are nearly as good as this oneI could have purchased an extra one of these and have money left over if I hadn’t purchased those other cheaper ones.Any frother that uses ONE AA battery is junk. Two batteries can provide 4 times the power, and that sounds about right based on the ones I own and use.If all you really use this for is to froth milk in your coffee, I’d recommend one that costs $10. But my main use is preparing protein shakes using milk and protein powder. This works MUCH better for blending because of the speed and power. This one has a high RPM AND a lot of torque, even when it slows down from the resistance of blending. The other ones I purchased are lower RPM and it’s much more difficult to stop this one than any of my others. The others I own just stop when they hit something thats not liquid. They’re useless for anything other than frothing liquid. In all fairness, they do call them frothers, so they do what the manufacturer describes, but they don’t blend very well if at all. This one does both.I also can’t speak about the rechargeable kind. I suspect the same applies – you get what you pay for. There are some very inexpensive ones and some higher priced ones. I would buy one of the more expensive ones.If I purchased a rechargeable inexpensive one I would save all packaging materials so that I can return it if it’s too weak to function as a blender for my protein shakes.I’m also considering buying a AA size batteries that output double the voltage of normal AA batteries. It will definitely increase the power. The only concern there is breaking them. – but the alternative is being useless so I really have nothing to lose. These are great little devices that make everyday life a little easier.

I don’t normally write reviews, however I can’t not mention the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Customer Care experience I had with these folks.But first, In review of the product itself, which is the ‘Executive Series Black Milk Frother with Black Holster Stand’. This is my first ‘frother’ purchase, and I must say I was skeptical at best to try it, but I opted to purchase it anyway because of all the great things the company stands for. I figured, how good could it really work?! Well, as a matter of fact, it worked quite wonderfully! Within just a few seconds / pulses of the frother, you have beautifully frothed contents. It is simple to operate, with one hand, and just the simple push of a button. (I imagine I could even make whipped cream without dragging out a stand mixer.) The batteries, (2 AA – not included), were simple to load. And, there is a battery pull ribbon so you can also remove them easier, if you utilize the pull ribbon and thread it between the batteries. This device quickly became part of my weekend coffee routine, and I also purchased a lesser model to bring to work. (This ‘Executive’ one, has a holster stand, which looks nicer, and seemed to cradle the frother, instead of hooking it into the holder.)I was so happy with the frother, I was sad that one day it seemed to not be working quite as well. I thought .. hmm, maybe the batteries need to be changed? I changed the batteries, and was still experiencing it not really working. (I would press the button, but it didn’t start frothing right away, and then seemed less powerful in a way when it did start. But, it did still froth.) After a second day of experiencing the same thing, I reached out to Zulay. They are gracious enough to have ALL of their contact information printed directly on their box, underneath all of the beautiful information about the company, and where / how it began. It was on a weekend, so I chose to send an email describing what I was experiencing, and asking their advice. Based off most recent attempts at Customer ‘Service’ with other companies, I didn’t really expect to hear back. Not only DID I hear back, but I received an email from a human, not just a system-generated response with canned information. They expressed their concern for my item not working, and assured me they would make it right if given the opportunity. They wanted to confirm my order, to make sure they had the same model in stock. Within hours, they sent me a link to replace my item, and would ship it directly to me, no questions asked. No need to return the inoperable item, no need to do anything but literally click the button and wait for it to arrive.My replacement arrived, and it was the exact model I purchased. It was brand new, wrapped in package .. not some refurbished item. And, much to my shock and appreciation that almost NO ONE does this anymore, there was a hand written card included in the package thanking me for giving their family run business a shot. Well, I thank YOU for sharing YOUR family with us, and for making me feel a little like a piece of yours!I would highly recommend this product, and would certainly purchase it, or others, in the future. I would certainly also be comfortable gifting this item.Enjoy!

Long lasting and works great!
This is the second one I ordered. The first randomly stopped spinning unless I start the whisk with my hand so I bought a replacement. I use this daily for my coffee and sometimes for matcha. First one lasted five years and two moves. The only thing I’m not impressed with are the colors. They look amazing in photos and on the box but in person they’re rather dull. Obviously not a deal breaker, the color means nothing on how it works, but I know some people prefer looks over function. I love how easy it is to replace the batteries and how easy it is to clean. The stand is also great too. This second one appears to have more power than the one I bought five years ago, I have to be a little careful when mixing and not have the whisk right in the middle of my glass or coffee goes everywhere. I don’t like milk froth on top of my coffee, but I tested how well it frothed the day I got it. It’s perfect! It only took about twenty seconds to froth the small amount of milk I tested it with. I sometimes use those ‘bullet proof’ coffee drop in things, but not a whole one. It blends everything really well and makes it smooth and even. I love this product!

Great Frother but only lasted us three years!
I expected it to last us longer than 3 years but I guess after three years of daily use it’s officially time to retire her. It has incredible power and the all black soft matte gave it a luxurious vibe! I adored the stand it came with because it made it easy to tuck away in a small corner!

Para prepararte tus bebidas y que se vean presentables en casa, quieres que tu chocolate tenga espumita, es el artículo indicado para ambas cosas, el motor es bueno, incluso puedes preparar café soluble sin tener que calentar el agua. Además es muy portatil.

Es ist tatsächlich in seiner Einfachheit der beste Milchaufschäumer, den ich kenne. Es wurde schon alles probiert vom elektrischen über den in der Kaffeemaschine integrierten bis hin zum mechanischen Milchaufschäumer und entweder es war zu aufwändig oder wurde grundsätzlich nichts, vom Reinigen ganz zu schweigen. Dieser hier ist einfach in seiner Handhabbarkeit, macht, wie erwähnt, schnell perfekten Milchschaum und kommt sogar mit einer Anleitung zum Milchaufschäumen für verschiedene Milcharten daher. Ich bin super zufrieden.

Je suis très déçue de cet achat, je ne m’en sers même pas car même avec des piles neuves, la puissance est insuffisante pour faire mousser mes boissons, dès qu’il entre en contact avec un liquide chaud ou froid, il ralentit et patine presque. Un flop ! J’aurai du prendre un modèle rechargeable et plus puissant.
