This item is cheaply made and doesn’t seem as though it will last for more than a few sessions of exercise. Another problem is it came with a 3 x 2 piece of paper showing exercies – I think. I have low vision so this small piece of paper was useless. Even watching the video and video reviews wasn’t any help, as they don’t describe the exercise, just give a few seconds of it in use.I found the multiple cords to be a hindrance as they tangle together and ilnterfere with leg function.Cannot recommend. Returning today.

The concept and design are good—it’s lightweight, portable, and easy to use for various resistance exercises. However, the overall quality could be better for the price. After just a week of use, the band around the toe section started to come apart, which was disappointing. It seems the material or stitching in that area isn’t durable enough to withstand even moderate pressure.For light, occasional stretching, it might still serve its purpose. But if you’re planning to use it regularly or put it under more strain, you might want to consider a more robust alternative. With some quality improvements—especially in the foot-hold section—this product could be much better.
