Best kettlebell workout book
This is a great book. Tons of workouts, easy to follow and understand, good illustrations. Also, this may sound silly, but the design of the book was well-thought out – it’s spiral so it lays flat and you don’t have to flip back to the page every time. The bookmark is also super helpful. Best kettlebell workout book I have found so far.

Add this reference to your bookshelf
Excellent book. Good illustration of all the exercises one can do with kettlebells. I am writing this review to show you how the book should arrive. The first one came in an bubble wrap envelope, the rings in the spine were bent and some of the cardboard was torn. Returned it as damaged product. Ordered again. The second one was perfect. Came in a sturdy box and the book was in shrink wrap.

Great for extra ideas for Kettlebell workouts.
Easy to follow instructions but kind of lengthy. I would like it more if it was simplified. However, it is worth reading and has helped fine tune my workouts.

Great for Beginners
Great book for beginners like me. Excellent resource for recommended workouts and moves. Ignore the bad reviews by people thinking this book comes with a kettlebell (it doesn’t nor does it say anywhere that it comes with a weight).

Great kettlebell book for absolute beginners
This is terriffic book for absolute beginngers to kettlebells. I’m a senior citizen who started with a 12 lb. kettlebell (the book recommends 26 lb. for male beginners but that’s ridiculous at my age!) and am a couple of weeks in. The book and its routines are building my strength. Recommended for those of any age getting started with bettlebells.

Solid, but repetitive
This book is a solid intro in to kettlebell workouts, especially if you’re just starting out or working out at home and don’t have more equipment. The routines are easy to follow and don’t require a gym, which is a huge plus. But, it felt repetitive after a while. I wish it included more advanced workouts or deeper explanations on form and technique. Still, it’s useful for building a basic routine and staying consistent. Not a bad starter book.

Good quality book!! As what you need for a workout plan!
Looks like a sturdy book and as nice pictures of the exercises. As a workout plan for a 30 day kettlebell routine divided by weeks. Has extra information and a workout glossary about all kettlebell movements. Worth the money just for the quality of the book! Bonus as some extra pages for you to take your own notes and experiences.

Great book. I workout in different ways and wanted to try Kettlebells for a change. love the simplicity and the book explains everything from biginner to novice and beyond. Great value and enjoying the new challenge. I use 15 20 and 35 lb bells and find the 35 the most used.
